1. The gift certificate (hereinafter referred to as the “Gift Certificate” or “Certificate”) confirms the payment of an advance payment for services in the amount corresponding to its face value and entitles the holder to receive the service selected in the Certificate. “Certificate”) confirms the advance payment for services in the amount corresponding to its face value and entitles the bearer to receive the service selected in the Certificate (at the prices valid at the time of presentation of the certificate) or to choose a service for a total amount equal to the face value of the certificate.
2. A gift certificate is not a commodity.
3. The owner of the Gift Certificate is the person specified in the Certificate as the recipient of the services.
3. Gift certificates can be purchased by bank transfer and/or
payment card or cash on the website or in Royal Thai Spa salons.
4. A gift certificate may be issued for a specific service and/or nominal
amount.
5. The nominal value of the gift certificate is indicated in hryvnia and is equal to its cost.
Gift certificates may be issued for any amount at the discretion of the purchaser of such a certificate.
6. The validity period of the Gift Certificate is indicated in the Certificate from the moment of its purchase until the date specified therein. The general validity period of Gift Certificates is 3 (three) months from the moment of payment. Promotional Gift Certificates are valid for 1 month.
7. If, during the validity period of the Gift Certificate, the right to receive services within the nominal value of the Gift Certificate is not exercised, the cost of the Certificate is not refundable.
The holder of the Gift Certificate loses the right to use it in accordance with these Rules from 00:00 hours on the day following the last day of the validity period of the Gift Certificate. The bearer of the Gift Certificate loses the right to use it in accordance with these Rules from 00:00 hours on the day following the last day of the Gift Certificate's validity period.
8. The Gift Certificate can only be used once during a transaction
with a single fiscal receipt. An unlimited number of Gift Certificates can be used with a single fiscal receipt
if their total face value is equal to or less than the total cost of the goods.
9. To exercise the right to receive services within the nominal value of the Gift Certificate (activation of the Gift Certificate), the person specified in the Certificate must inform about the availability of the Certificate and provide its number during registration, and hand over the physical or electronic Gift Certificate to the manager.
10. The Gift Certificate is personal: it can be used by the person specified in the
Certificate as the recipient of the services.
11. Gift Certificates are not valid on public holidays, namely: December 31, February 14, and March 8. On these days, it is not possible to make reservations using Gift Certificates.
12. The cost of services must be equal to or exceed the face value of one or more
Gift Certificates used during the purchase. If the cost of services exceeds the face value of the Gift Certificates provided, the holder shall pay the difference between the face value of the Gift Certificates and the cost of services in cash or by bank transfer.
13. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
equivalents.
14. In the event of the purchase of a Gift Certificate for the benefit of third parties, the Buyer
is obliged to provide full information about the conditions of its use and is solely responsible for their compliance by the bearer.
15. Royl Thai Spa shall be exempt from liability under the laws of Ukraine for full or partial violation of these Rules if such violation occurred as a result of force majeure circumstances (any extraordinary events of an external nature that arise through no fault of the Company, beyond its control or contrary to the will or desire of Royal Thai Spa, and which cannot be foreseen or prevented (avoided) by taking normal measures, including (but not limited to) natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.), disasters of biological, technogenic, and anthropogenic origin (explosions, fires, mass epidemics, epizootics, epiphytotics, quarantine restrictions, etc.), circumstances of public life (war, military actions, blockades, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, mass strikes and lockouts, boycotts, etc.), as well as the issuance of prohibitive or restrictive regulations by state
authorities or local self-government bodies, other legal or illegal prohibitive or restrictive measures of the aforementioned authorities that make it impossible for Royal Thai Spa to comply with these Rules or temporarily prevent such compliance. If force majeure circumstances and/or their consequences temporarily prevent the implementation of these Rules, their implementation shall be suspended for the period during which it is impossible.
16. The fact that the bearer of the Gift Certificate has taken actions aimed at
activate the Gift Certificate and/or the fact of activation of the Gift Certificate and/or use of the Gift Certificate is sufficient and proper confirmation that the holder of the Certificate is familiar with the terms of activation and the Rules for using the Gift Certificate, and fully and unconditionally agrees to them.
17. The Gift Certificate cannot be used under conditions other than those
specified in these Rules.
